Unworn, with zero signs of wear
Unwashed, never laundered
Original tags attached
No stains, odors, or tears

We don't accept:

Worn or washed pieces
Missing tags
Any stains, odors, or damage

Return Process

Contact us within 5 business days — Email relictwear.eg@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We approve your return — We verify eligibility within 24 hours.

Ship it back — We send a return label. Ship within 7 business days of return approval. Shipping cost is deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or we made an error — then it's free.

We inspect — Condition is checked within 2-3 business days of receipt.

Refund issued — Once inspection is approved, your refund is issued within 3-5 business days (5-8 business days total from when we receive your return). Item price is refunded; original shipping is non-refundable, except for defects or our error.

Exchange Process

You have 5 business days from delivery to request a size exchange, for the same design only.

Condition: Same as returns — unworn, unwashed, original tags attached.

We approve your exchange — Stock availability confirmed within 24 hours.

Send your item back — We send a return label. Ship within 7 business days of exchange approval. You'll cover the return shipping cost, unless the exchange is due to our error — then it's free.

We ship your replacement — Within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item.
