Refund policy

The Essentials

• Return Window: 5 business days from delivery
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original tags
• Refund Processing: 5–8 business days after we receive your return
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (free if item is defective or we made an error)

We Accept:

• Unworn, with zero signs of wear
• Unwashed, never laundered
• Original tags attached
• No stains, odors, or tears

We Don't Accept:

• Worn or washed pieces
• Missing tags
• Any stains, odors, or damage

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 5 business days — email relictwear.eg@gmail.com with your order number and photos
2. We verify eligibility within 24 hours
3. Ship it back within 7 business days of approval (shipping cost deducted from refund; free if defective)
4. We inspect within 2–3 business days of receipt
5. Refund issued within 3–5 business days after inspection (original shipping non-refundable, except for defects or our error)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Clearance or final sale items (unless they arrive damaged)
